This document takes precedence over all other documents relating to the privacy policy in relation to the supply of the product for use with the SRF Home Automation Control System, save for the CED Terms & Conditions of Sale for SRF Products, which takes precedence.
1. DEFINITIONS
In this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used: -
"CED" means Chicago Electronic Distributors
"SRF" means SystronicsRF Limited
2. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you purchase a product from CED for use with the SRF Home Automation System, CED collects your personal information that is relayed to CED from the SystronicsRF.com website, such as your name, address and email address.
Your information will not be used for any purpose, marketing or otherwise, other than to discharge CED’s commitment to supply the product to you.
3. CONSENT
When you provide CED with your personal information to place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, CED implies that you consent to CED collecting it and using it for that specific purpose only.
4. DISCLOSURE
CED may disclose your personal information to the appropriate authority, if CED is required by law to do so.
5. PAYMENT
The payment for a product is collected by PayPal via the SystronicsRF website, and your order and delivery details are forwarded to CED. CED does not receive any of your payment details, apart from your PayPal ID / email address for refunding purposes.
6. SECURITY
To protect your personal information, CED takes reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
7. AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given CED your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to purchase the product.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
CED reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it prior to making a purchase.
Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the SystronicsRF.com website. If CED makes material changes to this policy, CED will notify you in this way that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information CED collects, how CED uses it, and under what circumstances, if any, CED uses and/or discloses it.
