The Philips Hue Dimmer Switch, from Philips Hue, is a ZigBee Multi-Button.
The Philips Hue Dimmer Switch can be used in a similar way to a TV Remote control, but to control different aspects of your smart home, rather than just changing channels!
The Control System can be configured to react to the button presses to turn on lights, fan heaters, or even enable / disable the status of your home security.
In addition to the simple button press event, the Philips Hue Dimmer Switch reacts to a button hold, in effect doubling the functionality of the buttons. A button can be set to turn on a light when pressed normally, but when held down it could adjust the brightness instead.
